• The competitor is a U.S. based Authorized Dealer for the item being price matched.

• The competitor is NOT an auction website or price comparison website.

• The item being offered by the competitor is brand new and carries full manufacturer's warranty.

• Competitor's full price is subject to matching (including any stringing or shipping charges).

First, let’s talk common sense 😅
We’re a small tennis business, and our return policy starts with a simple rule: common sense.

• If you’ve played with a racquet (even once) — it’s a used racquet. We can’t accept it as new. That’s why we have a demo program if you want to try rackets before committing.

• If you’ve played in shoes (even for a few minutes) — they’re used shoes and cannot be returned. We can’t re-sell worn shoes, and in most cases, we donate them.

• A used racquet can sometimes be resold, but usually at about 50% of the original cost.

• Please keep this in mind and help us keep things fair — we call it “common sense tennis” 🎾🙂

Return Window

• Items may be returned within 14 days from the order date for an exchange or refund (please check non-returnable items and conditions below).

• Returns after 14 days are not accepted.
   

Condition Requirements

• Items must be brand-new, with original packaging and tags.

• Rackets: Must be in original condition with all factory plastic wraps and paper face intact.

• Shoes: May only be tried on indoors; no dirt, scuffs, or signs of wear are permitted.

• Bags: Must be brand-new, with no signs of usage or court wear. All tags must remain intact.

• Clothing: Only accepted in brand-new condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging.

• Strung racquets: Cannot be returned under any circumstance.
   

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
   

Non-Returnable Items (and Why) (if 

• Used items: Any item that shows signs of use — whether a racquet with ball fuzz on the strings, shoes worn even once on court, or apparel worn and washed — is considered used and cannot be returned. We cannot re-sell used shoes or clothing, and used racquets typically lose half their value. That’s why we encourage players to take advantage of our demo program before making a purchase.

• Strings (reels or sets): We cannot accept returns on strings. Unfortunately, there are too many fakes in the market where strings are repackaged to look like factory originals. As an authorized dealer, we purchase strings directly from the manufacturers, so when you buy from us, you can be sure you’re getting 100% genuine, fresh product. That’s why we don’t take strings back — we cannot buy them from you or re-enter them into our supply chain.

• Tennis balls: Tennis balls are very sensitive to temperature and storage. If they are exposed to freezing conditions or heat above 90°F, they lose bounce and become unplayable. Since we cannot verify how they’ve been stored, or their age, balls cannot be returned under any circumstances. Buying from us ensures you receive only fresh, premium tennis balls straight from the source.

• Grommets: Grommet sets are small, multi-piece items and it’s nearly impossible to confirm if every piece is present or unused once opened. For this reason, we cannot accept grommet returns. When purchasing from us, you are guaranteed 100% genuine, brand-new manufacturer sets.

• Strung/customized racquets: A racquet that has been strung is considered customized to you. The choice of string, tension, grip size, and even color makes it unique and tailored for your game. Because of this customization, it is very difficult to resell a strung racquet to another player. For this reason, all strung racquets are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Clearance or Final Sale items: These are sold at special pricing and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Buying Gifts? 🎁 If you’re shopping for someone else, we recommend purchasing a Tennis27 Gift Card — that way, they can choose exactly what they need. Alternatively, buy items that are returnable, such as a new, unstrung tennis racquet, which can later be customized (string, tension, grip size, color) to the player’s needs.

Warranties

• Performance racquets: Most come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty claims must be submitted according to the manufacturer’s policy.

• Shoes: Many models include a manufacturer outsole durability warranty. Warranty claims for shoes must be filed directly with the manufacturer and follow their process.
