🎾 Tennis27 Demo Program

Program Overview:

• 💵 One-time Administration Fee: $12 (non-refundable, covers the first day)

• 🎾 Usage Fee: $1 per racquet per day (up to 2 racquets, for 4 days)

• 💳 Security Deposit/Credit Card: Required

• 🛍️ Purchase Credit: The total demo cost (excluding the $12 admin fee) from the past 30 days can be applied toward the purchase of a new racquet from our store

📌 Terms & Conditions

1. Return Policy:
Demo racquets must be returned within 4 days.

2. Extensions:
If you need to keep the racquets longer, please text or call us to request an extension. Extensions may be granted for up to 14 days, depending on demand.

3. Administration Fee:
A $12 non-refundable administration fee is required to begin the demo program. This covers the first day and is valid for 30 days. If you wish to demo racquets again after 30 days, the fee must be paid again.

4. Usage Fee:
A $1/day/racquet fee applies. This usage fee is refundable if you purchase a new racquet from us within 30 days of starting the demo (note: the $12 administration fee is not refundable).

⚠️ Important Notices

• If a racquet is kept longer than 7 days without an approved extension, the $1/day usage fee becomes non-refundable and non-applicable toward a racquet purchase.

• If a racquet is kept longer than 14 days without contacting us, you agree to be charged the full retail price of the racquet.

- $50 (50min) testing on the tennis court (by appointment only)
- Racquet choice guide and Expert advise on tennis gears, racquets, strings, shoes, full racquets customization, racquet stiffness, swingweight, balance, string pattern ... do not be afraid to ask, we have the answer or we will find the answer for you :-)
